Any numerical statements (fees, market impact, risks, cryptographic claims) must be reproducible from source data or be explicitly labeled as opinion or estimation.

3) Editorial Authority & Approval Chain (Expertise)

No material is published with single-person approval authority. The approval system is based on multi-level control.

Tier A — Reference Content

• Subject Matter Owner (Author): Responsible for technical/factual accuracy.
• Editorial Lead: Ensures consistency, clarity, and adherence to style.
• Legal & Compliance Reviewer: Ensures legal and regulatory compliance (where applicable).

Tier B — Market / Educational Content

• Research Editor: Controls fact integrity and calculation methodology.
• Senior Editorial Lead: Controls bias, ensures neutrality, and tone.

Tier C — Opinions / Statements by Executives

• Executive Office: Confirms authenticity and strategic messaging alignment.
• Communications Lead: Controls tone and external consistency.

4) Updates & Revisions (Actuality)

If a published page contains outdated or disproven information, a correction notice is added with a timestamp and a description of the fix. Silent retroactive edits of factual content are prohibited.

5) Conflicts, Sponsorship & Independence (Trust)

• We do not accept payment for favorable coverage or changes in editorial position.

• Every author contributing to EXMON must provide an up-to-date and verifiable professional biography (Bio) that validates their qualification in the subject area (e.g., academic degrees, professional certifications, relevant work experience).
• This biography must be accessible to readers via a link on the author's page.

8) Retractions & Accountability

If any content is found to be materially false or harmful, EXMON issues a formal retraction note, linked from the original URL, which includes:

• What information was incorrect.
• How the error was discovered.
• What corrective actions were taken.
